Shanmukh Jaswanth Bio: Shanmukh Jaswanth Kandregula is an Indian actor, television host, and YouTuber. He is well known for playing “Surya” in Surya and “Shannu” in The Software DevLOVEper, a YouTube series. As of February 2022, he had more than 4.3 million YouTube subscribers. Some of his other well-liked videos include Software Lo Inthe, The Viva, and The Interview.
Shanmukh Jaswanth was born on September 16, 1994, in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India. He received his bachelor’s in business administration from Visakhapatnam’s Gandhi Institute of Technology and Management. One of the producers of the “Viva” channel and a director of YouTube video series is Shanmukh’s cousin, Sabarish Kandregula.
Shanmukh’s career was launched in 2013’s popular video The Viva, which featured him in a dual role. In the short film, he played several characters, including “Shannu.” He has since earned the moniker Shannu. He started his own YouTube channel in 2012. In the beginning, he uploaded a few dance covers, short films, and humorous videos.
Later, Shanmukh made appearances in several additional Infinitum Media works, such as dance covers, short movies, and series. His most well-known success came from the YouTube series The Software DevLOVEper, which K. Subbu directed and in which he played the role of “Shannu.”
His YouTube channel published the first episode of the series on July 31, 2020. Both the general people and the reviewers reacted favourably when it was initially released. Due to the success of the series, he subsequently made appearances in a few other television programs. Following that, he made an appearance in Surya, a popular programme that premiered on his channel on February 16, 2021. In September 2021, Sakshi Post referred to him as the “first Telugu YouTuber” to reach four million subscribers.
