Allu Arjun was born on April 8, 1982, to film producer Allu Aravind and Nirmala in Madras (modern-day Chennai), a Telugu family. Allu Ramalingaiah, a cinema comedian, was his paternal grandfather. Their home town is Palakollu in Andhra Pradesh’s West Godavari district. Before their family moved to Hyderabad in his 20s, Allu was born and raised in Chennai. He is the second of three kids. His younger brother Sirish is an artist, while his older brother Venkatesh is an entrepreneur. Chiranjeevi and his paternal aunt get married.
